DBS Coatings The Company was established by our mentor, Mr. Deepan P. and Baiju. Partnr who has 18 years experience. We have 20 employees working in 6000sq feet work area we have been able to gain commendable position in the market in such short period of time. Owing to our customer centric approach, which was implemented in our company since its establishment, we have catered to a huge clientele across different markets of India.
LIQUID SPRAY PAINTING
We do Spray paints on parts, metals, automobiles, etc., and executing
associated tasks, including discussing painting project requirements
with clients, preparing the job site, applying primers, removing old
paint, filling holes, matching colors, and cleaning tools and site.
PAINTING PROCESS
* Sealant Application ( If Required )
* Primer Mixing ( Mixing Ratio and Viscosity as per Recommendation )
* Primer coat (Coating Thickness as per Customer Specification)
* Putty Application ( If Required)
* Top coat ( PU or Epoxy paint as per customer Requirement )

POWDER COATING
Powder coating is a modern, more environmentally–friendly alternative to traditional wet painting. Minute powder particles are applied to a metal object or component using an electrostatic spray
process. We apply powder coatings to a wide range of metals and components, suitable for both internal and external applications.
Inspection /quality
We implements rigorous inspection and quality procedures in–house. All work produced is inspected on end of line. We also havefacilities available to inspect off–line if necessary
